How to Apply

1. CNIC/B-Form (Use your own CNIC; otherwise, it is not acceptable and enter without dashes).

Note: After registration, your CNIC, mobile number, and email cannot be changed, so please avoid mistakes.

Step 2:

Choose MBBS or BDS separately.
Note: If candidates wish to attempt both, apply separately for each program.

Step 3: Test Center

NTS will conduct tests in major Pakistani cities, including:

• Islamabad

• Skardu

• Muzaffarabad

• Multan

Select your test center carefully. Once selected, it cannot be changed.
